After 30 years in the construction industry, Barry made the decision to retire his hardhat and take on a new type of construction – building people! The progression of running a shovel as a laborer to running a business as an entrepreneur has allowed Barry to experience almost every level of the organizational structure as well as the challenges and opportunities along the way. He KNOWS our environment has a direct impact on the decisions we make and the way we behave, both personally and professionally.

As an international coach, trainer and author, Barry has helped transform the lives of thousands of individuals and numerous organizations across the globe. With a strong focus on increasing awareness, strengthening communication, and developing leaders, Barry combines 30 years of experience in the business world with 10 years of professional coaching, advising, and training. The combination of a proven coaching process and a unique perspective produces sustainable results.
